    Really friendly instructor! I liked the flow of the megaformer portion, and the blocks of interval work on the tread was a nice balance of structure vs. variety. Only thing is that class started a few minutes late due to getting newbies acclimated so the second half of class was cut short.

    You run however long you want in 45 minutes and meet everyone back at the cafe for coffee/snacks. Great way to get a workout and socialising in! They also do other night workouts on Mondays and Thursdays that are more structured.
