see all reviewsThis was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

see all reviewsSo relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

see all reviewsReally beautiful space, and amazing products! It definitely feels like more of an experience with the ambience. And the room wasn’t too hot - it was just right to help get the blood flowing. The mats are a little slippery so if you’re picky about that, you may want to bring in your own mat (if they’ll let you). Kurt was awesome and I loved the pace of his flow. I wish he did more adjustments around the room, but overall would def come back for him!
