see all reviewsGreat full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

see all reviewsGreat classical class with lots of stretching. Real ones who understand classical pilates - small, slow movements while utilizing core and stabilizing pelvis - will enjoy this class. If you want someone to yell at you while burning out your glutes (and probably using the wrong muscles), I’d try somewhere like solidcore or BodyRok.

see all reviewsGreat class. Def coming back! I like mirrors in a class like this to help with alignment, I wish there were mirrors but other than that, this place is great. It’s clean and everyone was really friendly.

see all reviewsFoxy just opened a new studio room, with 5 poles! The poles are all 45 mm, I believe, which are smaller in diameter than the poles in the other rooms. I am really impressed and I think it will be much easier to get into classes here because they can accommodate more girls now. Also I love schwanda - she is one of the best instructors here

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

see all reviewsGreat HIIT class. The atmosphere is awesome. Small group only about 6 people in the one I took. This class is a great introduction to HIIT because it’s not too difficult and it’s a full body workout. Bryn provided lots of encouragement and modifications. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsThis is a beginner advance class. I like that they teach a lot of different moves although I felt most of the class were not following thru all of it. For this specific class I would’ve like more practice and less moves. They do have a social class and maybe they practice more in that one. Both teachers were great! They focus on everyone providing detail instructions. Definitely coming back and trying the social part

see all reviewsSub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

see all reviewsA great cardio and strength class. Every 2 weeks you learn a new little dance choreography that is sure to get your heart rate up and leave you breathing heavily. There is also always an arm, leg/butt and ab strength section. This week we had resistant bands. Sarah has amazing energy!

see all reviewsI loved the half hour of flow followed by a half hour of yin poses. Luna makes this an experience for all of the senses: burning sage during pranayama, beautiful music, sharing her knowledge of yoga philosophy during the yin phase, essential oils during shvasana. It’s wonderfully restorative.

see all reviewsLove JJ’s energy! I really appreciated that he led the sculpt section the way he led the rest of the class — rather than telling the class to do that section on their own or with partners which usually leads to chaos & confusion. Would still rather see the sprint section just be mixed in with regular dances but otherwise can’t wait to take another class with JJ!
