see all reviewsI came to flagstaff for a business trip and decided to try this place out while I was here. I am so glad that I came in! The studio is so pleasant and Hannah was extremely kind and welcoming to me. Her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I loved the class and it made my body feel amazing afterwards. I really appreciated that Hannah would often mention what certain exercises were helping with in the body such as improving back pain and mobility. That made me feel a strong sense of purpose and encouraged me to try my best.
