    All Levels Red Light Vinyasa

Loved this class! The instructor was wonderful and the flow was the perfect mix of encouraging movement and mobility, strengthening and improving my practice, but also easing tension and clearing my mind. Will be back!

    STUDIO: Roll Out

After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. Its like a sports massage: it doesnt always feel good while its happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. Ill be back!

    In Studio: Vinyasa Flow L2

Pros: lovely studio, I appreciated the free tea and water, and the locker rooms were clean. The class was a good variety of different poses and there were modifications if necessary. Cons: The music was too loud and felt disruptive to the class. I would have personally preferred no music and been able to better hear the instructors cues. The transitions between the poses were awkward at times and I felt that they didn’t flow as much as I am normally used to in vinyasa (maybe I’m being very picky) overall I think this was a more yoga style workout than a yoga class imho.
