    This was a fun, challenging HIIT class and Kat made it accessible for everyone across all levels through her amazing coaching & modifications. I have many injuries and have to use many modifications, and Kat’s inclusive language language made me feel great!

    Great class! Boot camp style with 4 different stations that you rotate through. The instructor was very clear, very supportive and ran the class efficiently. The studio is big and the change rooms were spacious & had lots of products. I love the stretching area!
