    Classes/Regular Spinning

First time spinning and thought the experience at Spokehaus was top notch. They were so friendly and welcoming. Front desk explained everything clearly and my instructor helped me set up my bike. Even though spinning isn't my favourite exercise, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. For first timers, they provide you with a towel and shoes that clip on. Lockers, washrooms, change rooms, shower are all on-site.

I really like Kardia. I've been twice now to Ksrdia classes, one outdoor yoga at sugar beach and the other in their yoga and Pilates studio. I really like the instructors at Kardia and the gym culture or customer service style is really good, very positive and inclusive and in intimidating. I got a hard work out, low impact, enjoyed myself, and it's right next to Starbucks so I got a little treat after. Nice

I’ve never taken a Liem class before, and I was very pleasantly surprised! He brought fantastic energy and had a good mix of both climbing and sprinting. I’m pretty tough on new instructors, but he far surpassed my expectations. I certainly will be back!
