You don't spend the whole time on rhe straps, which was a little disappointing to me but others might like it. Very cardio-based. You take a few 45 sec breaks in class to get air/water which is nice. Instructor was chill and goes around to correct form.

The front desk person gave me a nice tour and introduced me to the instructor ( I arrived early). I definitely pushed myself and would return after I recover. Great music!! and the instructor came by a couple of times to help me with the combos.

We were given a new 10 combo set so both the mitt holder and the boxer had to learn it at the same time which took most of the time. There were mistakes because we couldn’t remember that many combos in the beginning.

He corrects your form and offers suggestions, which has helped me understand why I wasn’t engaging the correct muscle groups on certain exercises before this class. I’d highly recommend the semi private class for a small group (it was me and another person) to get you the attention in working out your form and getting your energy up and running! Also appreciated that the class was just 45 minutes for us who have to run to work after.

Franchises have quality equipment but are dull and lack spirit, boutique gyms have great spirit and coaches but usually lack quality equipment, many places are good for beginners but their classes don't cater to more advanced folks,.. etc. Congratulations for Core Total Fitness for checking all the boxes, with quality equipment, a nice space, the right ambience with good music and lots of sunlight from huge windows, great spirit, and most importantly an awesome workout plan that catered to all levels in the group.

I signed up hoping for a flow class, Ayla mentioned at the beginning it would be more flow-y than a yin class, and what happened was the perfect amount of stretch and movement for a very cold and windy end-of-winter yoga class. Something about the car lights through the frosted windows and the horns of the passing trains added something so lovely to tonight’s class too. Can’t wait for next week!

Had a awesome experience that included a sweaty challenging workout. We warmed up, hit the heavy bag, did some combos, core on the floor, & even some muy thai moves. Ritesh helped check me in and get me a new pair of wraps. A friendly member helped guide me with wrapping my hands. Metered parking was easy at 8:45 am. Will definitely come back!

see all reviewsMan I found my new workout place! I would never found it without ClassPass. It was very close to the freeway 101. I was looking for a HITT workout to get my heart rate up and sweat. As soon as I got there I surprised how spacious the site was. I automatically greeted my the owner Joe. It was nice that he took the time to acknowledge I was there even though he was in the middle of training. I told him I was with class Pass. He made me feel welcome and at home. As soon as we got started I did my best to follow along but grateful another trainer Yuta took his time to help me. He was extremely patience and knowledgeable in helping me push myself and get my heart rate up. It was challenging yet rewarding at the end. I got to speak Joe afterward and told him how much I enjoyed the class and how trainer really make sure you are doing the forms correctly. I purchase a pack for my friend and will be coming again 💪🏽🙌🏽

It doesn’t take itself as seriously as some of the other boot camp places I went like Barry’s, which I appreciated, but the instructor knows her stuff, pays attention to form and will help instruct to make sure you are doing things right. It’s also just a good workout. Highly recommend.
