The hottest class I’ve ever taken not just in NYC but in London too. I’ve been a few times and this really was a little extra, however Pamela beautifully guided us through it and I felt amazing afterwards, already booked for this weekend so can’t have been so bad!!

    Pilates (Mat / Open Level)

Merav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. Everything she taught made sense, was useful and productive.

So relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

    Stretch & Restore

Best restorative class I’ve ever taken. It is that, but still feels active. I have some minor injuries that are temporarily keeping me from doing anything too strenuous, but I still wanted to keep active and moving. The stretching was gentle, but totally effective.

Love this studio and the founder/teacher. Really great slow flow class in a normal temperature room with focus on proper alignment, clear cues, and helpful and sensitive adjustments. Appreciated that the studio has a good stock of props and no mat rental fees. Just loved the energy here. I’ll be back.

Omg Susan killed it lol seriously I walked out of class a little dazed and extremely relaxed. The class flew by, it did not feel like 1.25 hours. I'm definitely coming back for her regular Sunday restorative classes!

Extremely beautiful experience with the best gong bath I have ever had. Siri Rishi is a power of nature and the class left me beaming with energy, yet extremely grounded. The studio is amazing, yogi tea and Palo Santo included. They have mats and meditation pillows to use which is great! Will b back.

    Katonah Restorative

The adjustments are so good. Kyle really knows what he is doing and I always feel like this class puts me back together. But far more wonderful is Kyle’s enthusiasm for teaching, not just the physical poses but the theory and philosophy behind it. He clearly loves to teach, and I am happy to soak it in.

I absolutely LOVED this class! It's one of my favorite workout classes I've ever taken. It combined elements of toning/cardio/dance/ barre and never got boring. It was challenging but Jessica always kept an eye out for form and she is so sweet. I can't wait to take this class again!

Barbara’s is an excellent instructor. She is kind and accommodating. The sequence felt great in the body. Despite this being a virtual class, she really paid attention to the students across the camera to be accommodating and ensuring a safe practice. My first class with Three Jewels- will be back :)

    The WOOMonster Experience

The room gets a bit warm and as far as my experience they don't offer fans/ventilation The practice was super wholesome and complete. Interesting ways of getting into familiar poses and great hands on adjustments. As challenging as you make it. At the end the use of aromatherapy and sounds combined with the elimination of visual sense bathe you into a deep relaxing corpse pose. No lockers Two small clean bathrooms Free water and surprise tonic The place inspires community and creativity A great intimate space to lounge after

    Vinyasa | Level 2-3 w/Music

Ashley was very nice. A good mixture of mindfulness/meditation (with a harmonium and chanting) and then a solid class of holding many different asanas for 5 breaths each. This class is good for advanced beginner/intermediate.
