    Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga

Love slow burn. Don’t mistake it for not being hard. I find this class sometimes harder than the regular class and the flow is just a lot more smooth and makes the class pass faster. Molly was challenged us and made me seeat! Definitely felt the burn.

    Heated Flow

Will was super attentive and went around correcting form and even helped me swap out my yoga mat because mine didn't have a good grip and my hands kept sliding. More difficult than other heated flow classes I've taken but still good for all levels.

    Restorative

Tara is always lovely, genuine and fantastic. However, the ridiculous girls behind the front desk made ENDLESS noise, laughing and chattering loudly and walking unnecessarily loudly. I know that the studio has wood floors and is in an old building, but I even contemplated leaving or asking if they could pipe down. Choose a space closer to the windows and side of the studio with the shelf of bolsters.

    box + flow

Fast-paced and probably not the best for someone who’s never boxed before, but a good workout if you have some experience. Know that it’s not a technical boxing class though!. Love having a short yoga flow and ab series at the end, especially since I’m a fan of a more physical flow after intense work.

    WOOOM Yoga Experience

Not a traditional yoga class. I really like the spiritual talk, blindfolded section, and sound vibrations at this place, I dont come here so much for the yoga. Free mats to use, and free health elixir shots at the end add a nice touch. Sarrah was friendly and welcoming, but kept getting left and right mixed up.

    Vinyasa Flow

Kevin is one of the best teachers I’ve found in nyc. Dynamic vinyasa. Fluid. Excellent cueing. And vigorous. I’ve been looking for a class like this for a while and hope he keeps it a strong practice that makes you sweat. I’d love for my fellow yogis who want beautiful, challenging vinyasa without it being a pop culture rave to come to this class and keep it live! Oh and fantastic music
