    SUP Paddle Board on Lake Union

    Access the shack via unmarked stairs at the south end of the 1800 building — the stairs are all the way to the right if you’re looking at the building and Westlake street is behind you. Linda is super friendly, knowledgeable, gave good pointers on form, and tips on what to do in high winds, etc. The boards are stable and nimble. So fun, and a great core workout.
