It felt like it was a party of my own, jamming to every single song in her playlist, with her fun choreos, SO GOOD! If you’re into 90s to modern day hiphop and rnb, Megan is for you. She also takes a moment towards the last track of class to connect with each of everyone, just letting you be in your zone, and it was my first time tearing up in a ride class. Never had I imagined to actually cry in a spin class 😂 not because the class was tough, but to feel like I was seen, I was heard, and connected. Megan really gave a beautiful impact ❤️ I hope she teaches more in Al Quoz!!

Julia was always eyeful to support us when we needed it, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The class was challenging but so rewarding, and it has definitely sparked my interest in learning more about yoga. Highly recommend her classes!
