see all reviewsFun class. I liked that I was constantly moving. Definitely more suited for intermediate level boxers/kickboxers. It was more of a cardio- based class rather than technique or actual training. Great class and teacher though! PROTIP bring your own wraps (they don’t provide) and gloves and shin guards (they have ones you can borrow but are wet from other people’s sweat 🥲🥲🥲)
