    Slow Flow

    I really got a lot out of this class. Liz is fantastic. She focuses on form and breaks it down so you have a true understanding of how it should feel and the why. Today focused on hips mostly, which was perfect because my hips have been painfully tight. This wasnt a relaxing Slow Flow, but a useful one.

    Body Pump

    Body pump is my favorite class on classpass! Full body work out. Great pace. Gets your heart rate up and a good sweat. Low weight high rep. This gym is super clean and has a great locker room and bathroom and provides free parking in the garage!

    FLOW FIT 60 | strength

    Pretty intense class. Need to have a confident understanding of yoga poses. Cardio and weight training was thrown into it. My nose started bleeding 45 min into it, so don’t know if humidity is a problem in the room or if it’s just me.

    Morning Practice

    Kathryn is such a good instructor. Her cues are very descriptive, you can just close your eyes and follow along with her words. She is very confident and professional. Class really helps to target your whole body. Always feel accomplished after class.

    Beginner Flight™

    Lesley was a very good instructor. She made sure the cocoon was adjusted properly before the class. And she provided very detailed instructions during the class. She did not do too much adjusting, at least not to me. She did walk around a help you to stop swinging aggressively. There was definitely some modified yoga moves in class, which I enjoyed.
