    Hot Flow (Saturday)

This was my first time trying a Saturday class (usually do early morning weekday ones). It was really busy so I recommend arriving early to get a good spot. The class moved quickly and was more challenging than I expected, but I still loved it.

I'm a first timer so I thought it would be awkward but the instructor made it so easy for me to understand how the workout goes. They also consistently check your form :) Love it and definitely coming back

This class was EXACTLY what I needed today - slow and controlled poses and stretching. The cold towel at the very end was a great touch! Dana was fantastic!

    Flow into Restore (Indoors)

I enjoyed this class after an eventful couple of weeks of trying different fitness places. It was all about relaxation and taking time to be still. Kathleen was so patient and encouraging. I would recommend, and I plan to attend another class as well.

    Intro to Aerial Fabric

Natalia was a fantastic instructor! This was my first time in any type of aerial class and luckily I was the only person who’d booked so it was 1-on-1! The warm up was great and taught me some core control, and by the end she had me doing some very fun inversions on the sling! I will definitely be back!
