    TAYLOR SWIFT VS HER EXES

    Class itself was great but the room was HOT. 10 minutes in I started to visibly see the humidity in the room and people leaving at the end of class were talking about almost passing out. Lots of bikes, very close together in the summer doesnt make for the safest experience always. Would love better AC in the bike room.

    Alanna clearly puts a lot of effort into providing a high quality virtual class... the music, the way she changes angles to demonstrate a pose, offering modifications based on both ability and what people have at home... all well done. a nice mix of work with weights, floor work, and the barre. a bit tough on my knees but that's my issue...

    Teacher was super knowledgeable. Kept cueing through all the exercises, so I didn’t dread the hard ones! She automatically gave modifications for every exercise which I appreciated, bc I knew how to modify if I started to get tired.

    First time doing the full body class here and it was a killer!! I was dying during the whole floor workout. I liked the instructor but it was hard to hear her at times. I appreciated what the studio did to keep people apart from each other and giving each person their own rower and station.

    Nicole’s classes never disappoint. She is very friendly and a motivating instructor. She is precise and timely with her instructions. She always provides options/modifications for difficult moves so that she makes sure everyone in the class gets a good workout.

    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Alicia’s classes are the ones you seek when you want to feel powerful and confident. I love that the classes are small to get personalized attention to correct form, motivate you to up your weights, or just generally boost your confidence.     This style of class is what I have been looking for. This is the second time I have signed up for BURNIN’ By Ray...first time was at the Belmont location. The Seaport location is really easy to get to from the downtown area via the silver line. This location has a really cool vibe in a super clean, brand new space. Workout was intense and Ray was really motivating. Highly recommended giving this class a try!

    John was encouraging and the class was fun! The other members were friendly. The gym can be hard to find (and the building is locked!), but a coach will periodically come let students in (or you can sneak in behind someone leaving). Definitely recommended!
