Their hands on explanations and adjustments are beneficial to make sure I get the full impact of the workout and don’t get hurt. Definitely try it out!     Great class - hard treadmill work out but self controlled speed so I could push myself as much as I wanted. Weights were great too - sore but in a good way! And she switched up the music when the rock was a bit much for 6 am, which I greatly appreciated!

    Phenomenal instructor! I needed to have some modifications to the exercises and Jake didnt forget about me. He had excellent modifications and encouragement. It made me feel less ashamed that I couldnt do everything at the level of others. I appreciated it. Also, the class intensity was so high I wished I wore a heart tracker. I didnt die.
