    Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.

    FLOW + ROLL 75 | vinyasa + myofascial

    Warm-up and smooth vinyasa practice followed by ball rolling to relieve muscle tightness. The warm temperature wasn’t too hot, and felt invigorating and relaxing. Instructor was friendly and helpful with the poses.
