Immersive Meditation & Breath (60 Min), Warm

Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

Jackie’s class was great! She really explained the movements well and why they are beneficial for parts of the body. Her description and demonstration of movements helped to target the areas we were working on, and she made sure to advise of what kind of feeling should be present when performing a specific movement to ensure accuracy. Great instruction and I will certainly return for her class again another time.

Great vibes at this class! It's definitely more beginner friendly, closer to a yoga class. If you're looking for a super intense core burner, this isn't it, but if you're looking for something gentler in a friendly space, you'll love this class.

    Beginner Jazz

I loved the pace, the instructor was subbing for Sean but she was so kind and clear with her instruction. She corrected my movement so by the end I really understood the choreography and was “performing”. I’m used to the style so I only recommend their beginner classes if you’ve had some experience with the style. It’s not for brand new beginners that haven’t done some dance before.

    Daytime Aerial 1

I had an amazing first class trying out aerial. Instructor Mac was great and really attentive. Made the class less intimidating. Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!

Marlene was really engaging and led a fun, high energy class. It was a good full body workout, with the right balance of burn and rest. I’m pretty new to Pilates but she made the class accessible to all, and gave lots of modification options for different levels. I felt included and not at all intimidated, will definitely be back for her classes!
