    Booty HIIT

Great class to target booty. Excellent sequence of exercises. Not a fan of the dry ice. Instructions can be difficult to follow with loud music, club lights. Amazing facilities to use - shower, change room, towels, toiletries.

Good paced class with lots of opportunities to move your body in the way that feels good for you. The music was a bit too loud and the mats a too close together (bumped my neighbours a few times) but the instructor was great and I enjoyed tonight’s practice.

This class always makes me so happy! So much fun! Only comment is I wish Alix takes some time at the start of choreo to show the moves first, not just doing them during the song. As a beginner, it was a little hard for me to follow. But overall, so much fun and positive energy!

So fun so good so groovy. Intense (to me) cardio to the best playlists +core work. Not like a trad dance class, you can go at yr own pace but the music makes you want to keep shmoving ~☆~ V invigorating if you're trying to do Friday night stuff afterwards, too

It was my first time trying and the instructor made my feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.

This is one of the best Pilates classes I’ve done. Meredith is such a great instructor. She explains everything so well and helps you make corrections when needed. It’s a great workout and leaves you feeling nice and strong.

This class was intense but in a good way. The instructor was great, and was really helpful with providing gentle corrections to ensure safety and also to enhance the burn. I was sweating like crazy by the end of it. You can also tell that the regular class attendees have a real sense of pride in the class and their space. It seems like a great community.
