Great format. Good use of time. Instructor kept everything moving really well. I like this gym - the clientele seem really fit and energetic, which is inspiring to be around. Ive shown up at quite a few boot camp classes that are filled with beginners (good for them), but its great to be surrounded by some #fitspo

I really like this Saturday morning class. Lucy gives a lot of personal attention and a good variety of sitting/standing on the bike. Also love that the machines have the speed/rpm indicators

I loved this instructor! His vibes were immaculate, his dancing was wholesome, his positivity was contagious, all of it was perfect for a Monday morning class. I also love having POC instructors - representation matters in the fitness industry. The room was a very comfortable cool and the whole studio is so clean. I love CycleBar SLU!
