    Total Body

Just moved from Chicago where I’d done Shred415 before and was welcomed here with such open arms!! Felt such community here, instructor knew everyone’s names and clearly remembered details about them. I generally love how encouraging Shred is, no one is trying to tell you exactly what to do in the workout, they encourage you to listen to your body and do what it’s asking!

Full Body - Upper Focus (50 Minutes)

This class was incredibly challenging, like a little ridiculous, but an excellent workout. Hannah is wonderful, and super motivational- I almost gave up a couple times during class but didn’t because of her coaching and encouragement. <3

Fun class! I loved the mix of cardio & strength. I also really appreciated the modifications available for all the exercises. Felt very accommodating to any level. I also love the halos and having all the equipment to yourself. 10/10 recommend Industrious!

Great format. Good use of time. Instructor kept everything moving really well. I like this gym - the clientele seem really fit and energetic, which is inspiring to be around. Ive shown up at quite a few boot camp classes that are filled with beginners (good for them), but its great to be surrounded by some #fitspo

    SCULPT Yoga - BIG ENERGY

Fun mash up class that targets building tone, flexibility and cardio endurance. You should have some beginner yoga knowledge, because the pacing is quick and there’s no corrections being made if you have poor form. Instructor was upbeat and infused the class with her positive energy. I’ll be back!

CP F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training) 1.5 (50 Mins)

Priscilla gave great detailed instructions and options for different comfort and fitness levels. The F.I.T. class is a blend of cardio and reformer strength work, and it was nice to alternate between the two in the same session. Would definitely book this again.

Amazing class, very clear instruction, energy is always bomb. This class wasn’t as loud as normal which I soooo appreciate. One tip for the studio would be to provide earplugs because previous classes have been too loud and triggered the alert on my Apple Watch for dangerous decibel levels. Love RowdyBox!

    Jump Board

The studio is great and the instructor was clear, motivating, and kind. I personally didn’t love the jump board format. You’re basically laying down and jumping off a thin, hard board. It felt like a lot of impact on my feet, but obviously a good workout. I’ll return to the other reformer class types, but probably not jump board.
