    Have tried a few different classes and instructors at Basi studios in San Diego. Annie is definitely my favorite. She’s calmly but firmly encouraging and pushes you while also encouraging you to respect and listen to your body’s cues. I’m still coming back from a very recent c section and this class made me feel strong and powerful.

    Excellent!!!! I loved the class because Courtney focused on my form and corrected the things that I was doing wrong which is so important And build in the right muscle groups and preventing injury. She explains the movements thoroughly and does it with you. It’s a combination of Pilates, physical therapy, rowing. Will definitely be signing up for more classes!!
