C2 - CorePower Yoga 2
see all reviewsI book C2 level hot yoga. It‘s my first time to attend hot yoga class. It's really amazing but challenge. If you were a beginner like me it is worth trying! However C1 level or C1.5 level is easy to do! I like trainer’s guidance: he focuses on breathing guidance all the time! That’s the most important part!

see all reviewsIt was my first time trying hot yoga, and Lauren was so kind and welcoming. The front desk girl was also very sweet, I cannot remember her name, but her dog Luna was there and made the space feel even more welcoming. They both created such a comfortable environment from the moment I arrived. The class itself felt smooth and beginner-friendly, which made the whole experience really enjoyable for my first time.

see all reviewsKareena is such a fantastic instructor! Her energy is contagious, and she does an amazing job creating a class that is both challenging and approachable. The workout had the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and yoga-inspired movement, and her cues were clear throughout. I left feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished. One of my favorite sculpt classes I’ve taken—I’ll definitely be back for another class with Kareena!

see all reviewsLove Robbie’s classes. I’ve been doing them for years, but the vibe at Littleton has changed since I started going there. It’s becoming a lot more cliquey with people saving spots and weights which makes it less welcoming.

see all reviewsDenise’s class was great! Will definitely come back for her workouts. The only recommendation I have for the studio is to fix the heat/humidity ratio. It always feels kind of cold or just off in this studio.

see all reviewsSuch a beautiful class and Flow. I came to class feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My back was in a lot of pain also hence why I chose the gentle flow. She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind. Her energy is wonderful and she truly takes time to create special classes. Would recommend.
