see all reviewsThis class was amazing! Small (only 3 people, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that) and very informative. I liked the very relaxed and open vibe. Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

However, I really wish people weren’t allowed to bring phones into class. The lady beside me did, and her phone went off multiple times and it was really distracting.

see all reviewsI haven’t been to a spin class for many years. Amber and the staff did a great job showing me how everything works and getting me back in gear. The workout was fantastic, energizing music and Amber was great at motivating. Before I knew what happened the class was over and I was a puddle of sweat. I will definitely be back.

It has been a while since I’ve been to regular yoga classes and just getting back into it, she made me feel comfortable and she never missed a beat while moving throughout the class to make sure everyone was doing well. She offered modifications and options which I always appreciate. sje also does a great job cueing so you know exactly how a pose should look and feel. She reminded us that this was our practice and to be kind to ourselves which I feel like we all need a reminder every now and again. The 1.5 class is new since the last time I had been there but it is a nice addition to the schedule! I really liked it. I will definitely take her class again.
