He also led me through a personalized training session so he could monitor my fatigue level and adjust the workout accordingly. He also made sure I had correct form. It was amazing how this type of exercise maximizes your workout time. I was definitely sweating by the end. The studio was clean, well laid out, easy to find, with plenty of parking. I recommend giving it a try!
