I only showed up 5 minutes before and they helped with all of this but maybe come 8-10 minutes earlier so you aren't rushed!

Im visiting a cousin in Denver and feel so unexpectedly blessed to have discovered Laura and her studio. Im here from NYC (serious pilates community) where I take class daily, and not kidding, shes probably in the top 3 instructors Ive ever had. Amazing personal corrections, ability to hold an entire class while seamlessly catering to my injury, and gave me helpful tips for exercises & stretching it that Ive NEVER gotten before!! I will come back to this gem of a studio every time Im in Denver. Also- they have reformers, chairs, and full cadillacs, which are a rarity, but so necessary!! Go and see for yourself!

He also led me through a personalized training session so he could monitor my fatigue level and adjust the workout accordingly. He also made sure I had correct form. It was amazing how this type of exercise maximizes your workout time. I was definitely sweating by the end. The studio was clean, well laid out, easy to find, with plenty of parking. I recommend giving it a try!
