    This instructor is awesome. Super friendly and comes and corrects form which is really important to prevent injuries. I have a relatively new injury and she was helpful in tailoring things to help me get through class unscathed. This is my second class with her and they were both great!

    Love Nerrisa’s class! I always leave feeling like I got a total body workout no matter what the class emphasis is. Her playlists are fun, and I’m a big fan of the machines at BodyRok… the closest to a classic Pilates one but doesn’t make me feel so wide haha.

    Stephanie’s class is well balanced. A lot of hips, heart openers, and core all in 55 min. That’s really hard to pull off in 55 min, and Stephanie moves folks thoughtfully and purposefully through the class. Recommend.
