It creates a welcoming and motivating environment that makes you feel seen and encouraged. She constantly cheers us on, pushes us to do our best, and brings positive energy from start to finish. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she knows exactly how to motivate the class while making the workout enjoyable. Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!
