I loved this class! The teacher was great and gave everybody individual attention so it was good for me as a beginner and also for the others who attend regularly.

Very energetic instructor! Dear hotel/Lifestyle Yoga management, please buy yoga bricks/blocks for the studio. These will help all types of bodies to align themselves into the poses. Thank you

I really liked this class. I was the only participant so it felt weird at the beginning, but Arti, the teacher, was very friendly. She is very knowledgeable about yoga poses. The class ended with very nice and relaxing breathing practice.

The instructor was good but this was just a normal yoga class not yin yoga as advertised

The mats are not cleaned properly so it’s smells like feet when your working out

Good yoga, small group, but setting quite basic

This class was not enjoyable and I ended up walking out of it half way through. The yoga instructor was the reason and she needs to be told my feedback. When I first walked into the entrance of the spa - two girls were sitting and talking 10 minutes before the class. Whilst I inquired at the reception the instructor did not make herself known. I then went into the class, prepared my mat and a few of us started to mediate and be quiet. The instructor walked in talking loudly to her friend. She began instructing us, asked my name in front of the class but didnt even give a warm welcome. She also kept coming over to me and even told me that Im not pushing myself ? I found this very negative. She spoke in quite regimented tones at times to the class and she made me feel uncomfortable when she again addressed me in front of the class about what happened to my back as she could see I was quietly struggling. I then had to explain that its a post traumatic injury to my spine 7 years ago.
