Zara Martina is such an amazing instructor. I love their classes so much. Today they said something like instead of using the body to get into the pose can you use the pose to get into your body. That really landed for me, there are so many beautiful gems to be found in these classes. Thank you Zara Martina!!!

I love your beautiful studio and classes. Sarah is also a sweet instructor. Unfortunately I need to pause on coming because I’ve gotten 2 parking tickets (I parked just a few mins before 8 in front of the studio) and then last night my friend got his car windows bashed in last night. I just feel like it’s such a great studio but unfortunately the neighborhood problems have become an issue.

It’s been a few years since I attended a yoga class. This one was a little fast spaced because I’m a little rusty and not in the best shape but it was really fun! I will definitely come back again.

A lot of the stations for this week’s class were set up using the same muscles groups. So felt like I was crushing my glutes and hammies for an entire hour. I was sore like I haven’t been in a while. You got me Michelle.

Ashish is INCREDIBLE! He was amazing at correcting positions but also encouraging you to flow with what feels right. The room is very hot, comparatively with other studios that I’ve done hot yoga at, which were too cool. I’m really looking forward to going back for another one of Ashish’s classes. beyond 5 stars:)

This was a great class. I didn’t feel lost as a beginner. The instructor did a great job of explaining all the postures as well as variations. I also liked the studio space. It felt very clean and modern. The step-like setup was super helpful for being able to see the instructor at the front of the room!

Full Body VIBE (on the mat)

I loved the space, there's a full bathroom, a sauna, and a cold plunge. They provide mats and mat towels. The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. The branding of the class was accurate as it wasn't traditional yoga but rather a good mat workout. I loved the views of the Olympics as I came to and from class.

Such an amazing class taught by Daniela! I loved how she offered some time to learn new and unique poses, I feel like you don’t always get that in most classes and getting a few minutes to learn new poses is always fun! The flow was gentle yet challenging and my body was thanking me for coming to my mat by the end of it. :) Couldn’t recommend Daniela enough!
