The freestyle 2m dance / movement portion always pulls the heart strings because I don’t think we take enough time in our daily lives to just move intuitively without an agenda! Historically, the build has been my least favorite class but this instructor had an incredible tone and cadence in her delivery and I loved her playlist and build routine - I’ll book again, thanks Candice!

She cued things so well I actually was able to do things I’ve never been able to in the 10 years I have been practicing (plus I have my yoga teacher training). I’m new to the studio and they didn’t explain where the class was. Myself and another student arrived early but were late to the class because we weren’t told there was a smaller room and were waiting for the larger class to let out!

see all reviewsI didn’t take the class - couldn’t find it. I used the gym and learned there was a whole downstairs as I tried to leave - maybe it was there. As I got into the reception a patron was complaining about poor ventilation and I noticed the same. The conditions are so so there. I didn’t feel it was all that clean and the equipment wasn’t re wracked it was all over the place. Some patrons were doing a lot of grunting that bordered my tolerance. The front desk was not familiar with class pass either. It’s ok but not great. Can’t speak to the class - there was an empty studio upstairs that had bikes and little weights.
