    I will start by saying I LOVE the PowderHeart format. I think sometimes the instructors could be better about helping people have better form with their movements. Tonight I noticed a whole row of people with different form on the ski erg. I really love the workouts here and would love to see a little more focus from the instructors on helping people have a more effective workout, and not just counting down the sets and cueing the next exercise.

    Allison’s energy and playlist were on point to get you excited and moving. This class is not for the faint at heart but if you’ve got some workout experience and want to kick it up a notch then go for it. The equipment is easy to use so don’t let that intimidate you. Much easier than setting up a spin cycle. My quads and arms are still sore two days later. I will definitely be back.

    Pitfit is such a unique concept and I would encourage everyone to try it. Great sweat, awesome location and to have the owner teach most of the classes ensures a consistent and high quality product. As someone on this industry for 3 decades I can attest that most instructors at the 100+ studios and gyms don't have a clue and get their workouts from IG. The opportunity for 8 credits to have such an enthusiastic and experienced trainer Is awesome. Every review should be honest and candid so if I had one thing PF could offer to make it even higher than a 10/10 - a beginner class. If a rookie steps right in to this format l not sure they would get the optimal benefits but I DO KNOW CHRIS WOULD GIVE THEM PERSONAL ATTENTION .
