    Urban Core my absolute favorite Pilates studio! The instructors are top notch, the facility is amazing and gorgeous and staff is so friendly. Always a good class every time! I am super sad that the prices have skyrocketed. I can’t really find a class under 10 credits now and I feel like they are possibly trying to price class pass users out? Please lower your prices back down to a fair rate. I will not pay over 8 or 9 credits is my absolute max for a class. Unfortunately I won’t be able to keep coming if it continues to be that expensive and I do not live close enough to purchase a membership. Please consider.

    Kate’s class was incredible! I love the split time between the curves and the megas. Kate did great with providing clear cues for the megas while motivating the curves. She is an awesome addition to the SculptHouse team. If you haven’t taken her class I highly recommend. 10/10 on music, cues, and personality!

    This class is a slow and low muscle building and stretching dynamic fitness phenomenon. It is like Pilates slowed down with an extra does of strengthening. The dynamic moves are slow and controlled, which allows me to recruit those muscle fibers that sometimes get overlooked with faster moves.

    Always enjoy Lagree classes. I struggle with some back pain related to my profession and it’s always such a relief and a feel good moment when I go to Lagree. Anna’s class is quite the challenge but she always provides alternative move for those that may need some assistance and guidance. Pace is good and temperature of the room also good.     Mega Slow Burn

    Not easy for sure, lots of straps and feet placements to figure out and to get used to it: Julia is very great on hands on correction which I really appreciate it. My classmates are awesome ! Especially the veteran in the class :) super supportive. Hard to get in class pass tho; I watched the opening like a hawk glad I am able to get one class.
