see all reviewsHaving taken yoga classes from many places around DFW, this is one of my fav so far! A yoga studio with mirrors? Yes yes yes!! Its so helpful to check your forms. The class was also small (6 people), meaning lots of hands on correction and the instructor was actually checking your forms. Everyone was so friendly too! I really enjoyed the flow, its definitely different from regular vinyasa flow. More targeted stretching and strength.
