I also should’ve gotten there a bit early, as almost all the weights were taken so I had to grab a 5 lb and didn’t feel much resistance during the floor work.

I was a little fatigued but I’m trying to push myself to build up my stamina and flexibility again, and I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much I could keep up with since I haven’t been practicing my yoga lately. There are people of all levels and the beauty is that you work with your own strengths and limitations. Monday was lovely and patient and she goes through the entire workout helping everyone in the class get into proper form. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a great workout, you’ll use muscles you didn’t know existed! They also booked a class that offers all four workouts for you to get a feel for all that they have to offer. Very lovely and will definitely be back!

I took time to settle into a calmer headspace. Joshua was my therapist and he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The session was relaxing and helped me loosen up tense muscles.

I ended up singing a few of the tracks while we waited for the class to begin. At any rate, if you are new to Hot Yoga, this is great for beginners. This class is a combination of moderate intensity, but you go at your own pace. The heat level was definitely tolerable.I did not feel like I was going to pass out at all but I enjoyed a good sweat.I enjoyed that my limbs were warm enough to get through the warm up and complete the workout.
