see all reviewsWow, such a fun, tough class! I'm active, but hadn't done this before and Mila was really great giving us all individual exercises and encouragement. We were only 3 in the adult beginners silk class with varying experience. A kid's class followed afterwards and brought even more friendly, positive energy. Def wanna return!
