see all reviewsSurprisingly i liked the class. The instructor ensures people have proper form and he’s funny about it. I usually lift more weight and was pleasantly surprised at how much burn you can feel with 5-8-10 dumbbells! Thank you Carlos!

see all reviewsI was a little confused at first about the class. I didn’t realize it was starting on the treadmill. Also, if you don’t speak Spanish you may have a little bit of a hard time understanding. It is a very intense class, I almost threw up at the end, but a great full body workout.

see all reviewsI signed up for the 6:30 pm Zumba class from the app and when I arrived at the gym, they told me that the Zumba class was at 5:30 pm and they had a sweat & sculpt class. I did the class and the instructor was really good. However I was not prepared for the class.
