see all reviewsHeidi is a fantastic instructor! She was so calming and patient, the class was truly adaptable for all levels. The 90 minute class was perfect, enough time to really get into the poses without rushing, but engaging enough to feel accomplished. The studio is also a really nice space, tucked away in a quiet courtyard with limited background noise, which is no small feat given how central it is. I left feeling great, will definitely be back.
