see all reviewsI’m not new to HIIT group fitness but was a little nervous to try BodyRoc. I’m hooked now. Started with Jarrell’s classes but have since tried each trainer and I love them all. They are all motivating, encouraging and friendly. The biggest plus are that these classes are affordable (usually 1-2pts) I hope that never changes! Thank you Shaun, Ed and Jarell of Body ROC for making health and fitness accessible/practical and not an unattainable luxury as some other private gyms do.

Some saturdays I don’t mind and he always gives us the full time but today I was pretty much or almost the last one to arrive at 12:15 when class is supposed to start, and it was another 10 min before he arrived and the whole class was just waiting. It’s frustrating when you have other things planned so I think maybe they should just change the start time to 12:25/30? But otherwise excellent class and love drip sweat! Love the new mural!

I felt welcomed coming in, was kindly introduced to the space and was shown how to throw basic punches. I brought my own gloves and towel. I purchased a pair of hand wraps and was helped to apply them. The class is beginner friendly and was able to go at my own pace. The coach clearly demonstrated each boxing combo and showed proper form. It was fun and had a great sweat session. Highly recommend for anyone who's new to this kind of workout like me and love to get a good sweat on.

see all reviewsReally lovely experience. This spacious gym is located in a very quiet area. The weather was warm so they opened up the garage doors and we watched the sunrise as we worked out. The coach was extremely welcoming and kind. He came over many times to correct me and offer modifications. The gym members were very encouraging to each other. Some members are working on personal accomplishments ( like adding more weight to a squat). Watching everyone support each other and cheer them on was really lovely to see. The coaches and members have created and cultivated a positive supportive gym. At 6 am that can be challenging to find. I feel really lucky to have stumbled upon this gym gem. Keep up the great work this gym is special.

It was my first time and I used a squat rack and many machines I haven’t been exposed to.
