see all reviewsThis was a great workout. Did not feel at all like a yoga class to me - more of a combo of Pilates, barre, yoga, some weights - basically a combo strength class in a heated room. We used dumbbells, ankle weights, a ball, some bands. very dark room, music was pretty loud. However I’m certain to be sore tomorrow. Great music. Was HOT. Not an easy class but a good one! Convenient studio location with easy parking. Highly recommend but not for the faint of heart!

see all reviewsI really like Stephanie's class. I think she's one of the more difficult instructors and she works your core more than others do too. I also appreciated when she corrected my form to protect my back and use more of my abs.

see all reviewsI loved this class and this teacher. It is a combination of ballet, small movements and yoga with core work. Mindy did a great job of showing me different levels of the same movement in a kind and nonjudgmental way. What a great workout!

see all reviewsI enjoyed the class. The instructor provided some modifications although I think a modification for every move would be helpful. When I was feeling discomfort in my lower back it was easy to flag the instructor down and ask for a modification. She teaches a core class right after this class that I should’ve asked if I could stay for but will have to try next time. I enjoyed it greatly and my Apple Watch says I burned almost 600 calories which I think is great for a 40 minute class.
