    14th - Classic HIIT

    This class is super challenging but you leave feeling very accomplished. The format is similar to Orange Theory with treadmills, rowers, and floor/weight activities, but instead of three sections during class, there are two. There is also a lot more partner work, which is cool but if youre not into working out with others, this may not be for you. I really enjoyed the challenge and definitely plan to come back!

    SWEAT - Lower Body & Core

    Great class! First time. The lights are kept low, similar to a spin class. Exercises move quickly, but the instructor demos everything. This was definitely more cardio than strength (lots of 20 second intervals basically jumping around) but I liked it. Lots of different fitness levels for fellow classmates. People were going at their own pace. Not intimidating. They provide towels!

    Justin was incredibly supportive and encouraging of the fact it was my first time -- I really liked him, and he didn't make me feel self conscious at all about not knowing what I was doing. It was super challenging and a little complicated to understand the instructions, but that's the nature of the workout. It's of the most efficient workouts I've ever done -- my entire body was spent afterwards (in a good way!). I did get locked outside for about 10 minutes because I arrived early and didn't know the entry code and my phone battery was dead, and no one could see me stranded outside.

    Focused intensity. I felt challenged and motivated to work harder. Circuits were well paced and full of energy. I felt engaged from beginning to end and didnt feel like the same old workout was being repeated. And there are showers and filtered water + towels.

    Brian was amazing and so attentive to my being a first timer. Cant recommend him enough and the class was the arm burner I was hoping for. I wasnt sure if this would be too advanced but Id say if you have some basic TRX and kettlebell experience its totally fine, there was a good mix here. Loved how we alternated between each move. My only reservation was that there were some barefoot people with their feet on the TRX in the class before and nothing was wiped down between our classes. Theres no reason for bare feet in this place. But Ill be back wiping everything down beforehand
