    Hot Yoga

The instructors are so good at talking you into the poses with all of their specific cues. Very technical, very much. A beginner, friendly class, and also great for Experienced yogis

    Vinyasa Yoga

This was a really cool experience overall. The instructor was great and it was clear everyone was in community. I did feel very welcomed. I will say this class was not for beginners though- super super hot (which i wasn’t aware of coming in), and pretty fast paced. I also thought there were too many people in the room so i didn’t always feel like i could spread out how i wanted. I would come back if I ever wanted to try hot yoga again, and/or if this instructor offers more beginner friendly classes!

    90 Min Hot Yoga

My instructor (tiny little woman; i think her name was Tracy) was so passionate and lovely! Top yoga instructors I've ever had, and I've attended hundreds of yoga classes.

CSX - CorePower Strength X (Lower Body)

This class was a great glute and core workout! I liked the varied positions that worked out different parts of each muscle. I felt this was very similar to barre sculpt style - which I love! A couple of tips for newbies: the entrance is in the rear parking lot, not the street side. You can park in the lot behind the building. You must bring your own yoga mat and towel - or you can rent them for a fee. You can get a lock for the lockers from the front desk. The room is hot! Bring your water in with you to the studio.
