    Cydney is such a fantastic instructor. She takes the time to ensure your movements and form are correct and specific to your body’s needs. I’ve struggled with injuries for the last two years and this is the only studio and instructor who I feel gives me practical and personal advice that’s safe for my body. Absolutely recommend.

    This studio is wonderful and this class is one of the best 26 & 2’s that I, as someone who doesn’t much like over-direction or over over-opinion, have had the pleasure, and opportunity to take. Opportunity is a big part of the framing of this class. Every posture, every feeling, and movement is an opportunity to know the self. Feel the self. And move into the newness.     This was the funnest fitness class I ever had! It was an excellent, heart-pumping workout with lots of joy and levity. It’s taken me a few classes to get comfortable on the trampoline but now it’s my favorite kind of workout. Emily was really awesome— clear, encouraging and in sync with the music.

    Iron Hour

    Ive only done Hollies iron hour in the past and this was a little different but still a great workout. I thought we had a better balance of yoga (especially liked stretching at the end of class) along with strength but the class wasnt as challenging as Hollies. Im still expecting to be sore tomorrow though and I loved the music as always!
