Yin Yoga - 75 minutes (lightly heated)
see all reviewsThis was a first yin class for me in a while. When I first entered , the instructor sounded like she was belting out orders to incoming students to grab the gear needed for the class. At first impression it seemed she was not excited about teaching, but once class started she seemed calmer, and very assisted in the poses. The class was good and I enjoyed it. It was more relaxed and a slower paced. I would try again though.

see all reviewsI really liked this class. Super calming and a good stretch. I also loved the vibe of the class, very relaxing. Also i loved that it wasn’t heated but it was still warm from previous classes/the setting of the room. It was the perfect temperature for the experience. I really enjoyed this!

see all reviewsVERY RELAXING BUT CHALLENGING! This was such a good class for all different levels, Maria was great at suggestions or giving a modifier if she sees people struggling. Also the first place I’ve had not give me a sales pitch after which I really appreciate. Very honest about pros and cons of class pass versus real memberships.

see all reviewsThere is some street parking in front of the building. It is metered. It took me a minute to find it after I parked as there isn’t a huge sign or anything. There is a small lobby for storing shoes and purses and 1 small yoga room and 1 larger room for the Ariel silk classes. The instructor was really helpful and encouraging. This was my first class and it was fun, challenging and you will get your sweat on. I had wanted to try this for a while so I am definitely glad I did.

see all reviewsSuch a strong, empowering class. I used to take yoga classes very regularly and fell away from my practice so was definitely looking for a class that would both challenge me and stretch my body. This class did it all! Cannot wait to come back.

see all reviewsThis particular class was slow and restful, not much flow. More talk than movement if you’re into that. The space is cool with skylights. Other perks include mats free to borrow, and tea on the house.
