    This was an awesome workout. I am 100% going to be sore tomorrow. Amy kept us moving and I feel like we really used the whole 50 minutes, but was approachable with any questions. It was also pretty easy to pick up the TRX activities for the most part. My favorite part: her playlist was AMAZING. I honestly want to download it for my Spotify. Will definitely use this as an addition to my typical workout regimen.

    Iron Hour - 60 minutes

    I’ve only done Hollie’s iron hour in the past and this was a little different but still a great workout. I thought we had a better balance of yoga (especially liked stretching at the end of class) along with strength but the class wasn’t as challenging as Hollie’s. I’m still expecting to be sore tomorrow though and I loved the music as always!

    Always a great class. Patricia is great about making sure every muscle gets covered - stretched and/or strengthened. If there’s a specific need you have (tight/sore calves was me on Friday) she’ll make sure that’s covered in the class (although with her covering the whole body it probably would be covered regardless of mentioning it). Mats and accessories are available for free. Very welcoming. Great modifications and adjustments.

I’ve taken more than enough barre3 classes and always compare barre classes to those... the music in this class was much better but it’s more of a barre boot camp than a traditional barre class.
