About this studio

The trainers at It's Working Out hold some of the industry's most respected certifications with over 120 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. They pride themselves on offering challenging classes with ample knowledge to modify and make them accessible to anyone. Whether your goal is to complete a triathlon, lower blood pressure, increase muscle tone, reduce stress or take off a few unwanted pounds, you will feel the positive attitude and support from their trainers and the camaraderie amongst their clients. They have fun and so do their clients.

How to prepare

For your safety and the studio's cleanliness, please change into your workout shoes upon arrival at both studios. If you forget to bring a pair of shoes to change into, we have loaners available at no charge and ask that you please wear these. Please dress in comfortable workout clothes (yoga pants, shorts, etc.). The studio provides mats, but feel free to bring your own. Please bring water and a towel or purchase/rent at the studio for $1.

How to get there

The studios are in TWO separate buildings. It's Working Out is located at 3540 (Rowing) and 3546 (TRX &Yoga/Stretch) Columbia Parkway in Cincinnati, Ohio. TRX has a parking lot. There is ample street parking for those visiting the Row studio on Hoge, McDowell and Strafer.

Great workout! Every time I have come it has been completely different. Very nice trainer.

Good workout! Rowing is great because you can go at your own pace. Nice mix up being able to do a set with weights in between rowing sets.

Teachers were very accommodating to a newbie and welcoming. It was a great workout, too. Make sure to bring water since they don't have a water fountain and charge $1/bottle. I also didn't like how they set up my anchor point so close to someone else. I felt like I was in her personal space the whole time. Other than that, I will be back and come earlier to get a better spot next time! Their parking lot is also pretty tiny so come early to get a decent spot.

Caroline was very welcoming and friendly! She did a great job explaining the TRX exercises and different modifications. It was a more controlled, less intense workout than I expected (not intimidating!), great for something different in a workout routine.
