    HEATED FLOW 60

Katy is the BEST! Encouraging, positive with clear cues this is one of the best classes in the city! So glad to be back in her class! Quick note— this is not an elementary yoga class, though Katy gives crystal clear cues the vinyasas flow quickly with “flow on your own” sections repeating the sequences. I loved this, but calling this out to those newer in their practice. Screw it, come anyway. Katy would welcome all.

This was my first class with Wes and it did not disappoint. Warning: he will make you laugh during your entire workout. If you don’t like smiling, possibly choose another class.

Hot yoga & hip hop? An all-inclusive studio so I don’t have to worry about lugging a mat, towels and water with me? I’m SOLD! The class is definitely more advanced/challenging so I wouldn’t recommend for beginners, but I loved it! Can’t wait to come back!

    Inferno Hot Pilates 60

This was a challenging low impact class with Briza! It was all body weight, and TONS of reps that had me gassed by the end. I loved the heat. Would have liked to use some props (small weights, bands, etc) If you love body weight exercises this class is for you!

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

This is definitely a class for people who have previously done yoga. It's fast paced and if you're unfamiliar with the poses, you might miss out on the flow. But I personally like faster paced so I enjoyed it. I also loved the choice of more indie music rather than your typical ohm yoga music. The staff is super nice as they helped me retrieve my wedding ring after it went down their sink. All in all, I will be back to this studio and class.

This review is for the front desk and locker room staff. I don’t know their names (I should) but they are the same two nicest ladies in the world. Really relaxing but hard at times! Love the added heat element. Only thing I was iffy on was the man, in addition to the instructor, helping fix postures. I wasnt aware he was employed by the studio at first so that would have been nice to know/nice to have an option to opt out of. Really good class overall.
