She leads her classes with moving cues and countdowns (which I love) with a keen focus on proper technique. Added bonus is that her playlists and music choice constantly bangs!     I found this class EXTREMELY hard. I have done high def 60 before and have found it manageable but this was a massive challenge. I absolutely loved the instructor, so tough but very motivational. I felt incredible afterwards. Very very hot so hydrate beforehand!

The only thing that I would have loved is for there to be music synced up to the instructors and in the background… unfortunately the way their streaming site is set up, the music can be played separate from the class video, which ends up meaning that you can’t hear the instructor and it’s not necessarily timed to their movements. Ended up doing the class without music :/.

    I almost dont want to tell anyone how great this class is because the amount of spots are limited. Definitely beginner and advanced friendly. The instructors were very accommodating, they answered all my questions and taught me correct form. Its a REAL strength class not a high intensity or cardio class. You lift heavy and take breaks. This as close to a personal trainer as youll get on ClassPass The space is on the smaller side (think Crosstown Fitness but a bit bigger) but its well organized and very clean. Youre not standing on top of other people and theres plenty of room to move freely. #fire #goodvibes #greatvalue

    The coach was so sweet and helped with a few extra cues, positions and suggestions to get my creaky hips to cooperate. Loved her style.     The class was really small so we ended up using the reformers. Molly was very patient and understanding when it came to my injuries which made me feel more comfortable and confident in the workout. I found some points slightly easy at times as I usually use more resistance but whatever she did left me sore the entire next day. Will definitely be going back.

    Absolutely loved Cardio Boxing with Gustavo! Its definitely challenging and there were moments when I could feel my body ache but just power through and youll be happy you did so. My Apple Watch told me I burned 960 calories which is absolutely insane. Gustavo did a good job of explaining things to me since I was new and level setting by explaining I should stop and drink water whenever I feel I need to and not to worry too much about what everyone around me was doing being new to the class. The people in the class were definitely regulars but really made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come. Its without a doubt the BEST class Ive taken on Classpass.
