Awesome workout, really pushes you. One of, if not, my favorite workouts! My only complaint is they don’t do much of a stretch on either end of the workout & it’s not very encouraged to stretch after; the cleaning crew kind of rushes in right when the workout is over.

I’ve never felt anything but safe and welcomed at any of the YogaSix locations; I think it’s one of the best studios in Chicago. Emma had an amazing vibe and was extremely open towards all levels of practitioners. I liked the set sequence that you could make as easy or as challenging as you wanted; there were plenty of modifications for all. There was a bit of flowing on your own but plenty of guidance. I appreciate that she did not single out anyone in the class or give too much individual correcting as we had some beginners and could have made them feel uncomfortable. Heat was perfect and great playlist as well!

This was a pre-recorded class which was great!! The only thing that I would have loved is for there to be music synced up to the instructors and in the background… unfortunately the way their streaming site is set up, the music can be played separate from the class video, which ends up meaning that you can’t hear the instructor and it’s not necessarily timed to their movements. Ended up doing the class without music :/.
