Emma had an amazing vibe and was extremely open towards all levels of practitioners. I liked the set sequence that you could make as easy or as challenging as you wanted; there were plenty of modifications for all. There was a bit of flowing on your own but plenty of guidance. I appreciate that she did not single out anyone in the class or give too much individual correcting as we had some beginners and could have made them feel uncomfortable. Heat was perfect and great playlist as well!

The only thing that I would have loved is for there to be music synced up to the instructors and in the background… unfortunately the way their streaming site is set up, the music can be played separate from the class video, which ends up meaning that you can’t hear the instructor and it’s not necessarily timed to their movements. Ended up doing the class without music :/.

I’ve been several times and all the workouts have been different... in fact, the only thing in common is feeling the burn in your arms, legs, and core afterwards! But I personally like faster paced so I enjoyed it. I also loved the choice of more indie music rather than your typical ohm yoga music. The instructors were very accommodating, they answered all my questions and taught me correct form. Its a REAL strength class not a high intensity or cardio class. You lift heavy and take breaks.
