This is a great workout for toning your body - and this class is great for lunchtime.

Donna is great! Very challenging workout, but she is explains it well.

Very similar to purebarre, just harder! You do arm weights for a longer time and incorporate more legs in with the arm exercises. Would have liked to see more ab work though. Overall great class! (be prepared to need breaks in the exercises :)

Donna is a great instructor. But the floors are frequently dirty at this studio and that seems like a simple thing they could fix to make the experience better.

Donnas pacing is really good. It feels like she controls the class and you can easily move from one exercise to the next. This has enabled me to focus on form and build tenacity.
