see all reviewsI have been going to RockBox since it started a decade ago or so… and it is absolutely one of my favorite gyms and I’ve experienced well over 20 trainers by now and Roderick was one of the very best! I am grateful they use class pass- because I use a variety of workouts and travel! I also work next door to a Rockbox that is a $30 drop in so I drive 30 min and am glad I did!!!!

Tanner is a really great instructor. I found her class challenging but not overwhelmingly so. I would take it again for sure.

She was thorough, paid close attention to detail and made sure to hype everyone up on some level. She was also super kind and welcoming. Not to mention the most detail oriented workout, she named exactly what muscle group we were working out and even adjusted the springs accordingly. Lastly, but definitely not least, she made sure to mention multiple times that small breaks were welcomed.

The instructor Phill went out of his way to make me feel encouraged and confident, while also providing an effective class. The atmosphere was great. The workout itself was burts of high intensity with recovery periods, which I really enjoyed. I was able to go at my own pace but also felt pushed to do better. I will 100% go back!
