The instructor Phill went out of his way to make me feel encouraged and confident, while also providing an effective class. The atmosphere was great. The workout itself was burts of high intensity with recovery periods, which I really enjoyed. I was able to go at my own pace but also felt pushed to do better. I will 100% go back!

Laura, the instructor, was very clear with the direction of the class, as well as accommodating to my slower pace and lack of experience.
