I almost wished they pushed us a bit and had some more engagement but overall I enjoyed it and will go back. I think I just needed to get a feel for it first. Also, I thought it was supposed to be a spin/strength/yoga session but it was just a strength session. Not an issue though it was still a good time just double check prior to booking.

My advice to any fellow beginner taking this class, be sure to warm up! Even if it’s just a 5 minute walk. This was a deep stretching routine and I was really tight so I think warming up on your own time or if you have access to a sauna will improve your range of motion.
