The spin series has certain target “zones” that switch back and forth. The strength portion has no breaks, and there wasn’t much emphasis on form or taking it slow. Overall good workout, but felt a bit chaotic as a first timer. The yoga at the end was great!

The teachers are wonderful and always check in before adjusting your pose which I really appreciate. I’ve gone to a lot of classes where the teacher would adjust me without asking which would make me uncomfortable. I also appreciate that the teachers say their pronouns at the beginning of class and the bathrooms are gender neutral. They also have hair ties and tampons in there! I highly recommend any of the classes!

But the instructors ( and fellow attendees) were very welcoming and helped me to ease right into the class. I really appreciated that, and I was able to catch up with everyone else and have a productive fitness session. the workout definitely was intense but manageable. I liked that I was introduced to new exercises. I would definitely go back.
