Wish it had a little less leg and more core but I’m sure each class is different. all and all it’s a good workout with less pressure than other mega former classes.

My concern was unnecessary, and I was thrilled with my experience here. The staff was very friendly and the instructor took the time to give me a pre-class briefing on the equipment and safe operation. I prefer maybe less chatter from the instructor but that is a preference thing. I would for sure take her class again, the music was awesome. Five stars!

They showed me where to store my belongings and how to best set up my mat in the studio. Rachel was an energizing and motivating instructor during the 60-minute vinyasa-based power yoga class. This is a heated class & I’m glad the staff gave me towels to cool off throughout the class. 10/10 recommend this class at 7AM if you want to kick start your day with a fun yoga workout!
